A wrap around porch

We found a house with a wrap around porch.  My god, I fell in love.  We put in a bid and of course someone else outbid us.  House hunting is HARD.  Eventually i'd like to add a wrap around porch to any house we finally end up buying.

Sad melting snowmen

Here is my attempt to work on baking as part of my "cooking."  Despite the sad melting looks I am told these peanut butter balls were yummy.  (It was my family they wouldn't lie!) 

 

I also cleaned out the bookcase again.  I counted about 55 books that are left to be read.  I'm doing good.  Now if only I can continue to stay away from my kindle.

Dan has been drilling me on gun safety and the names of the parts of the gun...I think he's trying to push me to get this course out of the way to get my LTC.
